ANERT is an autonomous body of the Government of Kerala under the Department of Power.
ANERT is engaged in the field of development and promotion of non-conventional/renewable sources of energy in the State of Kerala, India.
ANERT is also the nodal agency in Kerala for implementing the renewable energy programmes of the Union Ministry of Non-conventional Energy Sources (MNES).
