1. Efforts are on to introduce some professional diploma courses for the professionals as well as freshers and small entrepreneurs, in environmental control, pollution control, quality control, etc. in self-financing model.

2. The College has applied for the Introduction of BCA, MCA, MBA courses with the objective of creating a technology campus at Campus-II of the College.

3. This is the premier institution which provides admission of overseas students recommended by the Indian Council for Cultural Resources, Ministry of External Affairs, Govt. of India along with the national & local level students in different conventional & non-conventional subjects.

4. College has introduced a compulsory Computer Education to the students by introducing the CCC course accreditation to DOE with the assistance of Barrackpore Rastraguru Surendranath College Computer Centre, Accredited DOEACC institute at Barrackpore.
