NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF VALUE EDUCATION FOR PEACE
Value Education for Peace which is promoted by Dharma Bharathi National Institute, Indore is an effort to build a civilization of love. The Institute was born on 16th July, 1993.
The objectives of the Value Education for Peace are:
enlightened leadership, resposible citizenship, universal solidarity and ecological consciousness, harmony among religions and ethenic groups, education for social transformation and nation building.
Dharma Bharathi promotes this programme of value education for peace through two practical modules known us " FIVE PATHS FOR PERSONAL TRANSFORMATION" and "TEN POINT ACTION PROGRAMME". Thousands of students, teachers and parents are involved in these programmes in hundreds of educational institutions across the country.
FIVE PATHS FOR PERSONAL TRANSFORMATION
1. SAY A PRAYER A DAY FOR PEACE according to one's religious tradition to be an agent of peace and reconciliation.
2. SKIP A MEAL A WEEK to express solidarity with the hungry and contribute the savings to the poor and the needy.
3. DO A GOOD DEED A DAY without any selfish motive to develop loving concern for the nation.
4. HONOUR PARENTS, TEACHERS AND ALL HUMAN BEINGS.
5. RESPECT THE EARTH AND SAVE ITS RESOURCES.

A journal called RENAISSANCE with all the activities of the institute is published every two months.
