All the members of the faculty of La Chatelaine are carefully chosen for their qualification, adequacy, experience, dedication and selfless commitment to the cause of children.
La Chatelaine insists that the teachers are congenitally kind persons and corporeal punishment is totally banished from the campus.

Every teacher  is a tutelar in total charge of the  wards assigned..

In the Pre primary section around 25 children are taken care of by one tutelar. In the Primary sections  the number is  thirty and the secondary and higher secondary sections it is 35. They interact with the parents and help the child not only in class but also outside the classes .  

• Pre Primary classes (Play School, L.K.G, U.K.G) have  590 children.

• Primary classes  (I - V)    have 820 children

• Secondary classes  (VI - X) have  480 children

• Higher Secondary  classes  (XI, XII)    have  107 children
