This is mainly because the process of education is human in terms of inputs, throughputs and outputs. As such an absolute definition or an absolute measurement is not feasible as with any other human processes.Further education as a social process is subjected to a lot of presssures from a host of forces not easily controllable and sometimes not even identifiable. However it is an attempt to focus on the cost of Educational Quality as it seen by a variety of users such as parents, students, teachers, administrators, policymakers, employers, higher education offerers, commoners and virtually all of the mankind. It comprises the following aspects: <lst> Students,
Teachers,
Institutions,
Curricula,
Materials,
Methods,
Media,
Examinations,
Network of all of these,and
Social recognition.</lst>
